The answer is often yes. It will depend on the offence charged and your earnings. We will be able to give a clearer answer if you call us.
It is very important that you have legal representation at the police station whether you find yourself there under arrest or if you attend for a voluntary interview. Everyone is entitled to this advice for free and there is no charge to you for having a lawyer with you at this crucial stage of a criminal investigation.
In the vast majority of cases people convicted of offences do not go to prison. Once you tell us of the offence you are charged with we will be able to give you clear advice on what is likely to be the outcome for you.

Yes. Or you can leave it to us to instruct the one we think is the best one for your case. We only instruct very experienced barristers and you can be assured of excellent representation at the crown court.
We appreciate for some attending at offices is not always easy and we are happy to offer a home visit or telephone call to discuss your case.

We have dealt with the most serious of cases over the years. The firm is authorised to act in any case and in many of them can act with legal aid.
Yes. A quick call to us and we will advise on any motoring offence and confirm what representation will cost you if legal aid is not available.
Yes. We have a staff member available 24/7 on our out of hours number. If you were to be arrested you should ask for Paul Crowley and Co and we will be contacted and represent you from that point in your case to the end of it.
Just as you should not rely on Dr Google to look up an ailment we would not advise you to be advised through this method. It is far better to seek direct advice from an experienced lawyer.
The law says the court should ban a driver who reaches 12 points but there is an argument you may be able to make to keep your license. We will be happy to advise you on this.
The law is quite clear on this and except in very limited cases if you are convicted of these offences the court will ban you for a minimum of 12 months. We can advise you on this sort of offence.
In the vast majority of cases you will serve half of your sentence before released on licence.
Yes but the circumstances are different depending on what court you appeal to. We will be happy to advise you on this.
The law on this is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and is quite technical. It can depend on what the offence was and what sentence you were given for it We will be able to advise you on this when we have those details.
No but there may be consequences if you do this in what inference a court may take from your failure to answer questions . It is important that you take legal advice before any police interview.
This will depend on which court your case is at. Generally it will be concluded in magistrates in about 4 months from your first appearance if you plead not guilty. If you plead guilty in most case you are dealt with on the day you enter your plea. In crown court cases take somewhat longer and you will be advised on the likely timescales if your case is sent there.
